Wordless Wonder

I have a lot of someones I love, so I had to stick to taking photos of the ones closest to me. Even so, I have a lot of photos to post!

Riley! Such a good dog. Love that his tongue is sticking out!

Roxy, the tiniest full-grown cat I’ve ever seen. Lately she’s been stealing naps on my pillow.

Kiki, the big poof, right after a nice big yawn. I can’t tell if she’s happy or not, but that’s normal.

Siggy, the cuddler. He likes to hide out and sleep amongst the boxes in the basement.

Grandpa! Good picture! He’s actually smiling! Gotta love that flyaway hair too.

My grandpa and mom at the Meijer Gardens. We went through for ArtPrize, naturally. Grandpa didn’t understand the Art, but I think he liked getting out of the house and I sure got a kick out of his comments. 

My mom: Well, you got your culture for the day.

My grandpa: I got something but I don’t know what. I didn’t understand what any of that was!

I turned this one black and white, under exposed it, upped the contrast and sharpened the edges just a tiny tiny bit.

Had some fun with editing these ones!

This one started out normal color and I added a green tint. Then I boosted the color saturation and intensity to make it more green.

This one I started black and white and then added the green tint. Gotta love that face…

And this one. This one is my favorite. This one was an accident in the car. Score! 

This one is mostly just a joke.

Fossil sunglasses. They were $5. I’m proud of them.

New shoes. Comfy. I’m proud of these too.

Day one means self portrait. And anyone that knows me knows I can’t take a normal self portrait. So I have one with my cat Manny and one that’s all saucy.

Did a little editing by antiquing it and adding a vignette. Manny is attacking a bug.

Like I said. Saucy.

Today was also the opening day of ArtPrize 2011 and I got to work in the ArtPrize shop at the HUB. Super fun! That means I didn’t get to see any artwork today though, so here’s a photo of my guide book. Yay ArtPrize!
